Perfect for my weekend stay

I like my upgrade- room was spacious, location great.

I arrived late and receptionist didnt bother to check messages I sent via booking.com that my arrival time was 1am.

Not my first time there and definitely not my last

Room service has this attitude of not providing some of the things listed as complementary whereas they have in stock. Even to the least shower cap they will not provide, and please don't ask me to call and demand. It's their job and they know quite well that these are for the rooms. I don't need to tip daily to be provided with those as if im buying them. It is bad, it should stop.

it was o.k

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious We didn't wake up for breakfast so I can't give my opinion

It's a bit strange that the hotel allows a family with children to stay but the apartment only has one bed. I didn't put it on my own when I closed the room and I was surprised to find it when we got a key

the room was good with nice space , and clean with good silvers , the room color is dark which wasn't the best color ,

We had a great stay.

Clean, nice location, vibrant room and lobby,friendly staff.

We called reception and requested for extra water bottles twice, unfortunately we never got it.

Was given a smoking room despite a non smoking booking. No alternatives offered by staff. Only told at check-in and no offer to move room on second day as well. 2 nights in a room reeking of nicotine isn’t ideal.

Nice stay in Abu Dhabi

The bed was comfortable. The wifi was fast and easy to access. The check in was easy. The breakfast was simple but enough. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. The location is good. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is close to Abu Dhabi Louvre museum.

When we checked into the hotel my card was blocked for 100.000 UAE Dirhams. At the check out, I asked if my card would be charged again for the actual price/total and I was informed that the amount would be taken/charged to my blocked amount. Then, the next day my card was charged again. So now I am waiting for the blocked amount, 100.000 UAE Dirhams to be removed from my card. At the moment it looks like I have been charged twice. So the people working at the front desk know nothing about how their credit card/ or payment system works. They misinformed me, and now I can't use my card because of them, so just be careful with the payment, then you will be fine because the hotel is nice.

I loved the place. The ambience, cleanliness and the staff attitude. Rakel and Reggie made sure that we will be enjoying our stay in Hala Arjaan. They are very polite in welcoming us and our guests. :)

The room was very nice and confortable, but the kitchen space was way too small to really prepare

I loved the big, comfortable bed! The shower was also nice. The decor and furnishings were also very nice. I really loved the gym too because it was very well equipped.

There is no kitchen...although it says there is. There is a fridge and hotplate as you walk into the room, but it is way too small. There was no where to prep food, and the sink is tiny! Also, there were no clear, visible instructions on using the washer, microwave, and cook top. The instructions were in a cabinet, so I had to keep calling down for help. There also needed to be small dining table. There was a glass coffee table, but it was not really suitable. If they want this to be a hotel apartment, more needs to be done to have a more adequate kitchen space to cook.

The choice of menu for room service was poor.

The choice of menu for room service was poor. I'm vegetarian and didn\t want bread roll with my burger, I asked for Arabic bread as a replacement and that i would make the sandwich myself. I still got bread rollls and no flat bread!

This is my first time in this hotel and i really like and recommended , staff up on check-in he had very warm welcome. Room is clean and big with small kitchen.

Very pleasant and I am expending my stay

lovely rooms, got the corner suite. Friendly staff, close to local amenities malls and other hotels. THis is a "dry Hotel" but that is not an issue, hotel next door is wet.

A rowing machine in the gym, apart from that it is well thought out.
